Château Famaey

France

Château Famaey is a family-run estate in the Lot Valley, founded and owned by Belgian friends Luc and Marc. Its vineyards extend across the valley’s first, second and third terraces, and the estate is certified organic, with natural, low-intervention farming, careful vine care and manual harvesting. Winemaking is led by Maarten, the founders’ son and Maître de Chai, who works with a regional oenologist. The resulting wines are fresh and fruit-driven, with a particular focus on Malbec.
