Cantina del Garda

Italy

Cantina di Castelnuovo del Garda is a member-owned cooperative founded in 1958, with growers collectively owning and managing the winery. Located around Lake Garda in Veneto’s Mediterranean-influenced landscape, it produces wines representing the area’s denominations under the Cantina del Garda brand. The cooperative combines an integrated production chain with precision viticulture, including monitored irrigation, fertilisation on demand, and attention to vegetative-productive balance. Its sustainability initiatives include photovoltaic electricity production, reduced chemical and energy use, recycled packaging, and carbon-neutral bottle production through certified carbon credits.
