Zuccardi is a third-generation, family-owned winery in Mendoza's Uco Valley, founded in 1963. Led by Sebastián Zuccardi, it focuses on producing mountain wines that express the unique terroir of high-altitude (900–1700 m), calcareous, stony sites like Paraje Altamira, San Pablo, and Gualtallary. The philosophy is terroir-driven, with a portfolio ranging from regional to single-parcel wines. Sustainability is core: certified organic since 1999/2001, with water recycling, composting, renewable energy, and a winery built from local materials. The estate manages approximately 655 hectares of vineyards and is recognized for its research, innovation, and numerous international awards.
