Quinta do Infantado is a historic family-owned estate in Chanceleiros, Pinhão, in the Douro’s Cima Corgo, run by the Roseira family across six generations since 1816. It is operated by João and Catherine Roseira and is known for estate bottling its own wines, a practice the family began for Port in 1979. Vineyards are entirely Class A, with certified organic parcels alongside sustainably managed sites. The estate produces both Port and Douro DOC wines, including organic wines, and follows a traditional approach with fermentation in stone lagares; some wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. Luis Soares Duarte has overseen winemaking since 1996, working alongside the family team.
