Producer

Pas de Problème

France

Pas de Problème is a small-scale producer based in the historic hill-town of Enserune in Languedoc-Roussillon. The vineyards are farmed sustainably without chemicals, herbicides, or pesticides, with yields limited to under 45 hectoliters per hectare, and grapes are hand-picked. Winemaking is natural and restrained: destemmed grapes undergo an eight-day cold maceration and spontaneous fermentation, followed by nine months in stainless-steel tanks. The wines are bottled without fining or filtration, expressing the balance and pronounced minerality associated with the producer’s Burgundy-like soils, while retaining a casual, affordable character.
