NON is an Australian producer of 0.0% ABV, vegan and gluten-free wine alternatives, based in Cheltenham, Victoria. Founded by Aaron Trotman, the brand makes its drinks in-house in a purpose-built Melbourne facility, using natural ingredients such as verjus, fruits, herbs and spices. Its numbered range is designed for serving chilled in wine glasses, with carefully balanced notes of floral character, tannin, salinity and acidity. NON acknowledges that it produces on Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri land and pays respect to the Traditional Custodians.
