Domaine Hubert Lamy

France

Hubert Lamy is a family-owned Burgundy estate founded by Hubert Lamy and now led by his son Olivier Lamy, with Karine Lamy also involved in winemaking. Based in Burgundy, the domaine works vineyards in Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay. Its approach centers on sustainable, low-yield viticulture, combining lutte raisonnée, organic and biodynamic methods, high-density plantings, and hand harvesting. In the cellar, the emphasis is on minimal intervention, reflecting a careful, precise style rooted in family continuity and thoughtful farming.
