Domaine Alain Hudelot‑Noëllat

France

Family-run since its founding in 1962 by Alain Hudelot-Noëllat, this Côte de Nuits domaine is now led by his grandson Charles Van Canneyt from Vougeot. Focused exclusively on Pinot Noir, it farms across several top Burgundy appellations, including sites in Richebourg, Romanée-Saint-Vivant and Les Suchots. The approach is close to nature and deliberately low-intervention, with hand-harvesting, natural yeasts, a classic vinification, and restrained oak to express the terroirs as sincerely as possible. Assistance in the cellar comes from Vincent Meunier, and the domaine remains firmly family-run.
