Moritz Kissinger is a small family estate in Uelversheim, Rheinhessen, co-owned and operated with Jasmin Bähr under the Kissinger-Bähr name. Working from a historic cellar and a renovated winery in Nierstein, they cultivate Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. The vineyards are farmed organically, while the wines are produced biodynamically, reflecting a clear commitment to sustainability. Moritz leads the winemaking alongside Jasmin, with production kept at a boutique level.
