Folli & Benato is a boutique Piedmont wine project jointly owned by two long-standing friends and colleagues, whose combined experience in the European wine trade exceeds 50 years. Rather than operating as a large estate, they source and bottle wines from small-producer vineyards across the region, maintaining a deliberately limited portfolio of three wines. The project emphasizes quality over quantity and reflects a collaborative approach to Piedmontese wine. Its sourced fruit includes vines approximately 30 years old, trained using Guyot pruning. No specific sustainability certifications, vineyard holdings, production volumes, or dedicated winemaking staff are identified.
