El Risco is a Calatayud DO red blend from Aragón, produced under the Indigo Selection brand through partnerships with selected local winemakers. Made from organically farmed Syrah, Garnacha and Bobal, the grapes are hand-picked and co-fermented with 20% whole bunch. The region’s hot, arid continental climate contributes to a full, complex and dry style, with bold body, notable tannins, spice and the fresh acidity characteristic of Bobal. Traditional handling and certified organic farming are central to the wine’s identity.
