Domaine de Pouy is a modest-size, estate-based producer in the foothills of the Pyrénées, near Madiran and Jurançon. Owned and run by Yves Grassa, who is also the primary winemaker, the domaine follows sustainable agricultural standards and works on a small-batch basis. Its wines focus on cold-fermented blends of Ugni Blanc and Colombard, with brief skin contact, reflecting a clear emphasis on hands-on estate production.
