Domaine Christian Moreau Père & Fils is a family-owned estate in Chablis, Burgundy, with six generations of history. Founded in 2002, it is managed by the Moreau family, with winemaker Fabien Moreau overseeing about 12 hectares of vineyards, producing roughly 84,000 bottles annually. The domaine is certified organic by Ecocert (since 2013) and is beginning biodynamic conversion on select Grand Cru parcels, with vegan-friendly wines. Vineyard practices include manual harvesting, natural yeasts, and a focus on terroir expression. Holdings include Grand Cru sites like Les Clos and an exclusive parcel, Clos des Hospices, acquired in 1904.
