Domaine André Moingeon & Fils

France

Domaine André Moingeon & Fils is a family domaine in Saint-Aubin, Côte de Beaune, with more than a century of history and some vineyard parcels held by the family for generations. Florent Moingeon represents the next generation of the domaine, which produces Burgundy wines, premiers crus, and appellations including Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Its approach combines Burgundian tradition with modern equipment and techniques. Integrated grape growing includes yield limitation through pruning and bud removal, substantial soil work, and controlled chemical inputs. In the cellar, the domaine allows nature to guide its practices, maturing whites for 12 months in oak and reds for 18 months. Recent winery modernization includes temperature-controlled storage for white-wine maturation.
