Château de Rouillac is a modest-sized estate in Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux, owned and managed by Laurent Cisneros since 2009/2010. The estate produces around 25,000 bottles annually across six labels. Its vineyards are farmed using eco-responsible practices, with High Environmental Value (HVE) level 3 certification held since 2013. Cellar master Sophie Burguet leads the winemaking, supported by consultant oenologist Eric Boissenot and technical director Jean-Christophe Barron. Low-energy facilities and temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats reflect a considered, modern approach to production.
