Cava Rosé

Casteller is a boutique Cava producer based on its estate in Vilafranca del Penedès, in the Alt Penedès. Its vines, planted in 1995 on limestone-sand soils, produce naturally low yields, supporting a quality-focused approach. The winery follows sustainable practices and makes vegan-friendly wines without animal-derived fining agents. Winemaker Maria Galup crafts the Cavas using the traditional method, with 12 months of ageing on the lees.
