2021 · Valpolicella Ripasso

Ville di Antanè is a young winery founded and operated by Roberta, Davide and Matteo in Valpantena, within the Valpolicella area. Its terraced vineyards are cultivated with respect for the landscape and plant health, with Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella trained by Guyot and pergola systems and harvested by hand. The winery combines hands-on agricultural work and traditional methods with modern technology. Housed in a completely renovated rural building, it uses advanced, digitally controlled facilities while maintaining a traditional connection to the land. The project also forms part of an industrial archaeology initiative with Verona’s cultural heritage authorities. Its wines reflect the meeting of Valpantena’s established grape varieties, careful vineyard work and closely controlled contemporary winemaking.
