Hameau Toucheboeuf La Montée Du Bois Lombard

Founded in 2017, Simon Gastrein operates Hameau Touche Boeuf in France’s Rhône Valley alongside the Maison Troupeau trading company. He produces a very small range of certified-organic natural wines from vineyards managed according to permaculture principles, with sheep, bulls and chickens integrated into the farming system. A former chef, Gastrein is the sole winemaker and oversees the entire process, from production through commercial distribution. His work reflects a hands-on, sustainable and low-intervention approach.
