Res Fortes is a small-batch producer based in Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet, in the foothills of the Roussillon Pyrenees. Founded, owned and run by Moritz Bak, who is also the winemaker, the estate works approximately 9 hectares of Bureau Veritas-certified organic vineyards. Its regenerative approach includes cover crops, sheep grazing, no-till farming, mulching, biodiversity corridors, erosion control and tree planting, alongside lightweight recyclable packaging. Inspired by the Pyrenees and Mount Canigou, the wines reflect a hands-on, high-end approach to Roussillon winemaking.
