France
Rémi Pouizin runs a modest, family-owned estate in Visan, in the northern Southern Rhône. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, with grapes harvested by hand. Working with fruit from his own parcels and three nearby organic growers, Pouizin produces limited small-batch Côtes du Rhône blends. His winemaking is led by indigenous yeasts, concrete tanks and minimal cellar intervention, with no oak aging and very low added sulfites. As a small farmer following the Bobo Selections philosophy, Rémi Pouizin remains directly involved in the winemaking.
