Weingut Ökonomierat Rebholz is a family-run estate in Siebeldingen, Pfalz, led by Hansjörg and Birgit Rebholz with the next generation, Hans, Valentin and Helene. Rooted in a long family history and focused entirely on viticulture for three generations, the estate is known for its uncompromising “Naturweingedanke”: dry, origin-driven wines made without chaptalisation, sweet reserve or other enrichment. Farming is organic and biodynamic, with hand harvesting and no herbicides, synthetic fungicides or mineral fertilizers. The family works across notable VDP.GROSSE LAGE and VDP.ERSTE LAGE sites around Siebeldingen and Birkweiler, drawing on diverse limestone, sandstone, slate and Rotliegend soils to shape the distinctive “Typ Rebholz” style. The estate also produces traditional-method Sekt in-house with a focus on terroir and longevity.
