Natte Valleij is a boutique, red-wine-focused winery in South Africa’s Western Cape, owned and operated by winemaker Alex Milner. Its small-batch releases come from an Old Vine Certified Heritage Vineyard farmed as a dry-land bush-vine site, reflecting low-irrigation viticulture. The winery’s portfolio is predominantly red, with a single white wine recently added, and releases sell out quickly. Milner remains closely involved in production decisions, including the adoption of a pneumatic press for the 2024 vintage.
