Producer

Mark Haisma

France

Australian-born winemaker Mark Haisma owns and operates this independent micro-négoce in Burgundy, centred on a small domaine in Gevrey-Chambertin with additional parcels in the Mâcon. He manages the vineyards and winemaking himself, working with carefully selected grapes from trusted local growers across Burgundy, the Rhône and Mâconnais. Certified organic and guided by biodynamic principles, the estate emphasizes minimal intervention, low sulfur use and restrained oak. Its low-volume, terroir-driven wines reflect Haisma’s hands-on approach and the character of each site.
