Petit Royal Brut

Les Caves de Seyssel is a family-run estate in Savoie, in the French Alps, owned by the Lambert family in partnership with Olivier Varichon, a great-grandson of the founder. Based around Alpine, medium-altitude vineyards in Corbonod and Seyssel, the domaine includes a dedicated parcel for its Petit Royal and Royal Seyssel cuvées. Gérard Lambert and Olivier Varichon lead the winemaking. Since 2022, the estate has been converting to certified organic farming and also practices biodynamic viticulture. Its sparkling wines are made in the traditional method with extended lees ageing.
