Dujac is a family-owned estate in Morey-Saint-Denis, Burgundy, founded in 1968 by Jacques Seysses and still run by the Seysses family. Jacques remains involved, with Jeremy Seysses, Diana Seysses, and Alec Seysses leading day-to-day work and winemaking. The domaine farms organically, has been fully biodynamic since 2009, and stopped using herbicides in the early 1990s, with an emphasis on biodiversity, plowing, organic compost, and meticulous manual vineyard work. In the cellar, Dujac follows a low-intervention approach built around whole-cluster fermentation, indigenous yeasts, and extended oak ageing.
