Domaine La Coume-Lumet

France

Founded in 2013 near Limoux in Languedoc-Roussillon, Domaine La Coume-Lumet is a family-owned estate run by Luc and Isabelle Abadie. Its vineyards lie at 350 metres on rolled-pebble and clay-limestone soils within a Natura 2000 protected area, reflecting a clear focus on environmental preservation. Luc and Isabelle oversee the domaine themselves, bringing together his engineering background at Airbus and her expertise in psychology. The estate’s setting and hands-on family ownership define its small-scale, independent character.
