Coteaux du Loir Rouge-Gorge

Domaine de Bellivière is a family-run Loire estate owned and operated by Eric Nicolas, his wife Christine and their son Clément. Its vineyards lie in the Jasnières and Coteaux-du-Loir appellations, spread across numerous parcels and planted mainly to Chenin Blanc, with some Pineau d’Aunis. The domaine has farmed organically since its founding, without herbicides or synthetic fertilizers, and is biodynamically certified. Winemaking is led by Eric and Clément Nicolas, with fermentation taking place in tuffeau limestone caves. The estate also participates in a wind-turbine cooperative and produces a zero-sulphur wine.
