Château Pavie

France

Château Pavie is a Premier Grand Cru Classé A estate in Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, owned by Gérard Perse since 1998 after a line of earlier family ownership including Albert Porte, the Valette, Talleman and Pigasse families. The estate follows sustainable vineyard management, with around 70% of its vines farmed organically and a goal of full organic conversion. Winemaking is overseen by consultant Michel Rolland. Overall, Pavie stands out as a leading Right Bank property combining classified status, established ownership history and a clear move toward more organic farming.
