Founded in 1955, it operates across several historic cooperative sites and focuses on expressing the region through native varieties and traditional alberello vines. Sustainability is central, encompassing environmental, social, and economic practices; the winery holds Equalitas, organic, ISO 14001, and other quality and traceability certifications. The range includes Salento wines such as Salice Salentino, Primitivo di Manduria, and Negroamaro-based bottlings, as well as sparkling wines made by both Charmat and Classic Methods.
