Cantina Favaro is a small, family-owned winery in Piverone, Piedmont, founded in 1992 by Benito Favaro. Benito and his sons, Camillo and Nicola, manage the estate together, sharing responsibility for organic vineyard care and winemaking. The winery is certified organic and produces modest quantities, with a particular focus on Erbaluce wines. Its hands-on, family-run approach connects vineyard work directly with cellar decisions.
