Soave Classico

Cantina di Soave is a historic cooperative in the medieval village of Soave, owned by its member-growers and led by President Attilio Carlesso and General Manager Bruno Trentini. Recent investment has been driven by a new board that joined in 2019. The winery combines large-scale cooperative production with community-focused sustainability efforts, including organic conversion, Biodiversity Friend® certification, and major investment in green belts and traffic improvements. It also owns the Villa Rasina label, a boutique Soave project focused on a single Soave Classico made from hand-harvested 100% Garganega, fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees.
