Producer

Buissonnier

France

Buissonnier is the Burgundy range of Caves des Vignerons de Buxy, a cooperative owned and run by 270 member growers whose vineyards extend from Santenay to the Mâconnais border. Its wines include expressions from specific climats and estate cuvées, with a particular reputation for Aligoté, Montagny and Montagny 1er Cru. The cooperative emphasizes sustainability through its “Vigneron Durable” label, reasoned pest control and limited organic certification, including one organically certified vineyard. Its style focuses on mineral charm, body, brilliance, richness and originality.
