Weingut Martinshof is a family-run estate in Dienheim, Rheinhessen, owned and operated by Achim and Anke Martin. The winery emphasizes sustainable vineyard practices and follows the principle “as much as necessary, as little as possible,” aiming to preserve soil fertility and express each site honestly. Its vineyards include notable locations around Dienheim, Oppenheim and Nierstein, with Riesling, Spätburgunder and other Burgundy-style varieties at the center of the range. In the cellar, “controlled waiting,” modern technology and craftsmanship allow the wines to develop naturally. The portfolio progresses from estate and village wines to single-vineyard bottlings and barrel-aged Passionsweine, designed for structure, depth and aging potential.
