Founded in 1910, Toso is a family-owned Piedmontese producer rooted in Cossano Belbo and the Langhe-Monferrato hills, with an estate in Neive. Led by the Toso family, it makes wines from Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Moscato, Arneis and other local and international varieties, including still, sparkling and dessert styles, alongside vermouths, aperitifs and liqueurs. Its approach combines traditional methods—such as aging in ancient Slavonian oak—with modern innovation. Sustainability is formalized through EQUALITAS and ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications, supported by photovoltaic energy, biomass heating and wastewater treatment. Toso emphasizes traceability, quality and responsible resource management while maintaining a strong connection to Piedmontese wine traditions.
