Tokaj Fleur (Gelber Muskateller)

Sanzon Tokaj is a small boutique winery founded by Erika Rácz in 2014 in Erdőbénye, Tokaj. Beginning with a vineyard parcel inherited from her parents, the estate now farms five vineyard sites, including Rány, Palánkos and Nyakvágó. Rácz serves as both estate manager and winemaker, bringing a personal, low-intervention approach to the wines. The Fleur vineyard is characterized by thin, poor, stony soils over rhyolite, a hard volcanic rock.
