René Muré is a long-established family estate in Alsace, owned by the 11th generation and run day to day by Véronique and Thomas Muré of the 12th generation. The domaine includes the Clos Saint Landelin monopole within Vorbourg Grand Cru as well as parcels in Zinnkoepflé. Farming has been organic since 1999 and biodynamic since 2013, with Demeter and Ecocert certification and no chemical or synthetic inputs. Winemaking is led by René and Thomas Muré, whose work combines formal oenology training with hands-on vineyard experience. The estate is rooted in sustainable viticulture and multigenerational family stewardship.
