Founded in 1968, Plantagenet Wines is a family-owned, independent producer and pioneer of Western Australia’s Great Southern region, based in Mount Barker. Its estate vineyards, including the iconic Wyjup Vineyard with vines more than 50 years old, are sustainably farmed using low-yield viticulture. Chief winemaker Mike Garland oversees a range of cool-climate wines including Riesling, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Pinot Noir. The wines focus on provenance, elegance and the expression of Great Southern terroir.
