Nyetimber is a leading English sparkling wine producer with vineyards across West Sussex, Kent and Hampshire. The estate grows Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier exclusively, using grapes from its own sites. Its wines are made by the traditional method, with bottle fermentation and ageing, under the direction of head winemaker Cherie Spriggs.
