Brut Cava

Mas Fi is a family-owned Cava producer based on the 42-hectare Monsarra estate in Penedès, founded by Josep Masachs Llorach in the 1920s and now overseen by his son, Josep Masachs Juvé. The multi-generational operation focuses on limited, primarily estate-grown production, using traditional Méthode Tradicional and indigenous grape varieties. Farming includes biodynamic practices without chemical treatments, while around 7% of the vineyards are certified organic and the cellars are certified for organic vinification. Mas Fi also holds Kosher certification and supports regional employment, local growers, heritage and biodiversity.
