Lamarque is a Bordeaux estate owned by Pierre-Gilles and Marie-Hélène Gromand d’Evry. Pierre-Gilles is also the winemaker, directly overseeing the cellar work and equipment, giving the property a hands-on, family-run character. The vineyards are planted on alluvial gravel with subsoils of clay, sandstone and red gravels, and the vines average around 35 years of age. In the winery, the estate uses optical sorting technology to support fruit selection. No organic, biodynamic or other sustainability certification is mentioned in the available notes.
