Domaine Thierry Richoux

France

Domaine Thierry Richoux is a family-run estate in Irancy, Burgundy, led by Thierry Richoux, with his sons Gabin and Félix preparing to take over ownership and winemaking. Its Kimmeridgian-rich vineyards have been Ecocert-certified organic since 2010 and biodynamically certified from the 2021 vintage. The domaine focuses primarily on red Pinot Noir, alongside a small rosé. Grapes are hand-picked and destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged for two years in tanks and large foudres, reflecting a traditional, hands-on approach to winemaking.
