Domaine Rossignol-Février is a family-owned estate in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, run by Frédéric Rossignol with his son Valentin. The domaine farms vineyards in Meursault, Volnay, Pommard and Beaune according to biodynamic principles, with Demeter certification since 2009. Its vines average around 40 years old, and grapes are harvested by hand. In the cellar, Frédéric and Valentin use stainless-steel vats, minimal punch-down and gentle processing, reflecting a hands-on, restrained approach to winemaking.
