Les Pierres Dorées

Domaine Romy is a family-owned estate in Les Pierres Dorées in southern Beaujolais, managed by Dominique Romy and his son Nicolas, the 10th generation of the family to make wine. The domaine farms vineyards with vines averaging over 50 years old, following sustainable and organic practices certified by Terra Vitis. Dominique and Nicolas share responsibility for vinification and ageing, using the Burgundy method for destemming. Their hands-on approach reflects a long family tradition and a clear commitment to careful vineyard work and estate-grown Beaujolais.
