Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre-Fèvre is a family-run Chablis estate in Burgundy, owned and operated by Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre, with their daughter Julie involved in vineyard work, tasting and winemaking. Gilles oversees viticulture, Nathalie leads vinification, and Julie contributes as an agricultural engineer and oenologue. The domaine farms Chardonnay on stony Kimmeridgian limestone soils and holds France’s highest HVE Level 3 environmental certification. It follows organic practices, including on Grand Cru and Premier Cru parcels without insecticides or miticides, and is progressing toward biodynamic status and full organic certification.
