Domaine Dock is a family-owned estate in Heiligenstein, Alsace, where the Dock family has been established since 1730. Today, Christian, Nathalie, Patrick, Cathy, Vincent, and Nadia are involved in the estate, with Christian primarily overseeing its management and winemaking. The family farms vineyards exclusively within the Heiligenstein terroir, using hand-harvesting, traditional methods, extensive grass cover, and environmentally respectful cultivation. The estate produces a broad range of Alsace wines, including Klevener de Heiligenstein, which accounts for 35% of production. Wines are predominantly matured in oak barrels.
