Domaine de Vauroux is a family-founded Chablis producer established by Jean-Pierre and Claude Tricon in 1972 and acquired by Olivier Tricon in 1998. The estate follows sustainable, reasoned viticulture, with HVE certification reported as forthcoming. Its wines are exclusively Chardonnay, ranging from Bourgogne Chardonnay to Chablis Grand Cru. Grapes are harvested at optimal maturity, carefully sorted and gently pressed, with fermentation mainly in stainless steel tanks. Under Olivier Tricon’s cellar management and winemaker Clarisse Hermez, the domaine emphasizes aromatic elegance and rigorous hygiene from harvest through bottling.
