Domaine de Beyssac

France

Domaine de Beyssac is a family-run estate founded by Véronique and Frédéric Broutet in 2009 on the south-facing hills above the Garonne valley in Côtes du Marmandais, Sud-Ouest. The vineyard is farmed organically and certified biodynamic by Demeter, with manual vine work and hand-harvesting in small crates. The domaine focuses on low-yield, expressive wines from regional varieties including Abouriou, Malbec and Merlot, with particular attention to reviving Abouriou. In the cellar, grapes are carefully sorted and handled with indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention and restrained sulphur additions. Energy and water management, waste treatment and eco-conscious packaging reinforce the estate’s commitment to sustainable, artisanal production. Pauline has also joined the family business, continuing its development.
