Minervois Blanc

Domaine Canet is a family-owned estate in Rustiques, near Carcassonne, at the heart of the Minervois in Languedoc. The domaine produces red, white, and rosé wines, including Minervois AOP and IGP cuvées, with an emphasis on expressing local terroir while combining tradition and modern techniques. Sustainability extends across the vineyard, cellar, bottling, and team safety: the estate holds HVE Level 3 certification, has followed Terra Vitis standards since 2003, and uses biological pheromones instead of neurotoxic pesticides. Tree planting and a CSR charter inspired by B Corp principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals further support its environmental approach. The family also welcomes visitors for tastings and hospitality.
