BLANKbottle is a boutique Western Cape producer founded and owned by winemaker Pieter (Peter) Walser. Working without owned vineyards, a permanent tasting room, or signage, the label draws fruit from vineyards across the region to create unconventional, low-intervention wines, many released as unique small lots. Its playful, pure, terroir-driven style includes an appassimento Sauvignon Blanc from Elgin and limited-release natural sweet wines that are vegan-friendly.
