ColFondo Agricolo

Bele Casel is a three-generation family estate in the hills of Asolo DOCG, founded by Danilo Ferraro in 1977 and now run by siblings Luca, the winemaker, and Paola. The family farms hillside vineyards in Cornuda, Maser and Monfumo, including historic vines, using organic and low-impact practices such as handwork, cover crops, composting and biodiversity management; organic certification is in progress. Their wines are made with a purity-focused approach, avoiding additives and unnecessary treatments, and include Asolo Prosecco Superiore and the traditional ColFondo Agricolo. The winery is particularly committed to expressing native varieties and the differences between its sites, while Luca actively promotes ColFondo and the Asolo territory.
